I am writing to formally notify you of an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional experience I’ve had with your delivery team, specifically involving individuals named Phong, Matt, and Daniel T.
To begin with, my delivery was rescheduled four times without proper notice or explanation. The final attempt to delay was especially infuriating as I had already taken time off work, resulting in a loss of income. When I called to follow up, I was told there were “no drivers available”—that is not my problem. My delivery was scheduled, and it was your company’s responsibility to fulfill it.
Then I was told I had to pay the delivery team extra if I wanted the furniture delivered that day. Out of sheer desperation, I agreed verbally—but I had no intention of paying extra for a service that was already handled so poorly. The delivery finally took place at 12:20 PM and the team did not leave my home until 1:00 AM the following morning. That is absolutely unacceptable.
What’s worse, they showed up completely unprepared—no tools, no proper equipment, and asked me, a customer, for tools. I had to ask my boyfriend for his tools just so your team could assemble the sectional. That alone is unprofessional, but what happened next is grounds for legal action.
During the assembly, the team damaged and scratched my floors. I reached out immediately to report the issue, only to be met with rude, dismissive behavior and eventually had my phone number blocked by your staff. I was not only disrespected but completely ignored when trying to resolve the damages your team caused in my home. They came to my house a week later as promised to deliver the dining table. Glass top of the dining table has many scratches. I didn’t purchase floor model or one with scratches. Then after multiple calls to their showroom, They sent new glass top to my house and after coming to my house, They realized it was for different model. These people were so inefficient and cannot even look at invoice details for the correct model and replace the faulty item they delivered initially.
