Been stopping here for the past two to three years once or twice a week. It wasnt quite the authenticity i was looking for but i thought, since it was on my way home, why not? first the pluses, It is on my commute route, and second, it is ok priced. Thats really it. It is fast food mexican. The parking sucks, maily because of the gym freaks that take up all the parking. So try to go on a weekday after work is horrible, you have to park way out to where the other stores are located. They even have a broken down truck taking up two spaces that is used for storage. Hope there is no food in it! Prepare to wait!!!! Most times I go in whether it is full or empty, I find myself waiting for 20 minutes or so. I never get anything from the salsa bar because it all tastes canned. The employees have always been nice. So my experience is not a a complete loss. But today I was so tired and dreary i stopped for dinner. After driving in circles for what seemed an eternity, i found a place to park. I placed my order and then I forgot to ask for NO cilantro!! I am sooo allergic. I cant even touch it without breaking out. So I run up to tell the lady and she come back and says it is ready. This had only been 5 minutes so part of me found it hard to believe. I told her I can't eat it I was very allergic, and she repeated that it was done. I asked her what I can do and she just said it was ready. Beat down tired and now red faced angry because for a burrito that maybe cost them about $3 or $4 to make she just could not say they would make another?! So I thought if my $16 for my entire order is going to keep them in business instead of them making a new one for $3 or $4, I told her to keep it and choke on it. I walked out. You poor excuse for a business can keep the $16 and use it to learn better customer service. On the bright side, on my way home i stopped at another place and found a GEM! The food has a much better authentic flavor and even though it is out of my way, i will be going there instead of this place. i will never step foot in this restaurant again! The food is horrible. I asked for a carne asada tostada for my 4 year. Everything minus the meat. I hope alot of mamas understand what i mean. The carne asada looked like the bottom of the barrel burnts pieces. Looked like ground beef and not carne asada. Im so disgusted ...so hurt that they still serves it after i told them its for my 4 year old that was stand right there. We also ordered 7 burritos and the attitude we recieved for the tall order lol unbelieveable. My poor mother took the blunt of that. It took everything in me not to go back in and demand a refund.
