WONDERFUL SALON ... LOVE the salon, the women ... the ambiance ... highly, highly recommended ... 🥰 * I LOVE❤️LOVE❤LOVE❤MY HAIR!! * After having C19, I lost over half my hair (telogen effluvium).. I had so much hair that I could have donated enough for 2 full wigs. As devastating as it was, I self treated and still had wisps here and there ... went and saw my Hair Fairy, Gracie ... she worked her MaGiC🪄 and my hair looks BEAUTIFUL ... still a bit thin, however, my new hair coming in ... truly Blessed ... Gracie trimmed and tinted and made me feel so much better and elated for my new post covid do!! All these wonderful women shared ideas, thoughts and support .. I loved my hairstylist but I showed up on time for my appt, was made to wait over an hour and a half, spent 7 hours in the salon because she was talking with everyone and trying to squeeze other customers in, it ruined my entire day and messed up all of my plans because she doesn’t manage her time well. I didn’t leave the salon till after 9pm. Everyone I told said to get a new hairdresser but I liked her so I gave her another chance, drove 20 minutes to my appointment and as soon as I arrived I Got a text message, asking if we could change the appt time. This is how it started last time and I immediately knew I shouldn’t have gone back, she is just completely disrespectful of other people’s time. I said no, I’ll reschedule later. She proceeds to tell me that there will be a hundred dollar fee for”cancelling”. Is this a joke??? I got an actual Venmo request! Will...

Hands down to Jessica!! I walked in one day, and unfortunately the person who was helping me told me there were no openings and someone would called me.(bummer, lol) Then all of a sudden Jessica pops from the back and says “I’m available today at 2pm” Never had seen her worked before, I totally trusted her with my hair.(very rare for me to do) We did full highlights and hair cut.. And OMG!!!.. I absolutely looooved it & her!!!.. She did amazing with my hair. I get complimented almost everyday how my hair looks & feels. She will be my for-ever hairstylist!!.
