I enjoyed the slow stroll around the store finding wonderful items on sale.
I appreciated the help I received while shopping in the men's department - while I was seeking dress pants for my man. A male Associate was walking by with a scanner from another department. He willingly stopped to help me to find what I was seeking. That was very good customer service.
I DID NOT appreciate the way the clerk treated me in Sophora. She ignored me, took two customers before me who arrived after me and talked negatively about me to one of those customers not realizing that I could hear them speaking. I refused to ring up the Versace fragrance with her because of this, called a supervisor and asked her to pick up the fragrance and allow me to ring it up at the outside main register. She did so.
I DID NOT appreciate the way the cashier spoke with me. She had a nasty tone in her voice and did not seem pleased to have to ring up the NUMEROUS items I had overflowing my basket totaling over 800.00 dollars. I offered to help her. I folded my clothing purchases and helped her to bag my items because she was unpleasant and seemed overwhelmed.
I DID NOT appreciate the fact that you do not have garment bags. You have designer men and women clothing that are expensive, yet you don't have garment bags. Shame on you. The clerks do not know or want to fold clothing well. They shove your new purchased in a bag wrinkling them and that is unacceptable. You MUST stock garment bags going forward.
I DID NOT like it when I would ask the clerk questions when she would not answer me. Or when she did answer me, she would turn away and speak low so that I could not understand what...
Read moreWent in for an item pick up for the first time since they swapped it from the back of the store to the front of the store. They have boxes under the pick up sign at the front, but the numbers only go up to 66. My number was in the 200s and I didn’t see the other pick up boxes behind and to the left. There was only one cashier at the front and a super long line of people wait in to check out. I clicked for help on the app but no one showed up. I waited for a while and a cashier walked past me to open another register. I kept waiting and still no one showed up. I called the store and the cashier that walked past answered the phone. I told her that I needed help finding a pick up item. She told me that she would help after she finished with a customer. She then told me that I should have waited in the checkout line if I had a question. I told her that I didn’t want to wait in a 15 person line just to ask a question. She said to look behind me to see if my order was there.
I had no idea that there were additional pick up spots beyond the pick up area. I feel like they need to hire more people at the store to help with little issues like this. It would also help if they had a sign below their giant pick up banner to let people know that there are additional pick up spots behind them since not everything is in one place.
Since this was my first time, it was a bit confusing and I wasn’t able to find help. When I did find help the cashier was clearly not happy with me asking a question out of line. Additional signs could have easily helped resolve this issue if they don’t want to have associates...
Read moreToday I went into this store location for the first time. I went with my cousin who is transgender. When we entered the store the registers to the left were not attended by any staff. So we walked around to the right and at the jewelry section an older Caucasian women was there and we asked politely where the customer service was. The lady rudely said go straight and turn left and go all the way down. That already was annoying experience to deal with. We go to the customer care department to return a pair of pants and received a merchandise credit. We proceeded to walk around the store because neither one of us had been here before. As we are walking around to see what we would want to use our merchandise credit on we passed by numerous employees who were staring at my cousin with a disgusted look on their face. This started to frustrate me even more. My cousin wanted to look in the bra section and I walked a few feet away to look at something. When I did this on the walkie talkie or coms staff said on it to watch the bra section where my cousin was. So I immediately go back to my cousin at that point because I was not having that type of treatment toward my family. We ended up purchasing a frame. They asked if I had a reward card which I did not. I'm glad that I didn't because I will never return to this location at all. First impressions are everything when it comes to business. I will not be returning to this location ever again. The staff here needs training on how to approach and respect individuals that are...
