I can't say enough good things about Ashley and Southern with a French Twist. I've used her weekly meal prep services when I needed some healthy meals ready to go for the week and they were all delicious, filling, healthy, and extremely high quality. I love the detail Ashley goes into to make sure she creates meals that not only meet your expectations, but fits what you're looking for perfectly.

When I was looking for a private chef for an at-home celebration dinner, I didn't think twice about reaching out to Ashley because I just knew she'd bring that same level of attention and care to this dinner. We worked together to create a custom menu to celebrate my mother in law's birthday, putting some of my MIL's favorite dishes into play like scallops and key lime pie.

Not only was the food incredible (everyone was RAVING about it all the next day, but especially the key lime pie!), but Ashley was an absolute delight. I have used Southern with a French Twist multiple times for an Executive Lab retreat that I run. Chef Ashley provides breakfast and lunch along with an afternoon snack for the 2 day event.

Each time, the participants have quite literally raved about the food. Not just the food (which is next level), but Chef Ashley herself!

As the host and facilitator, I can say that Chef Ashley is beyond professional. I quite literally do not have to think about the meals. She handles everything. I just break at the agreed upon time and an amazing meal is just there.
