My most recent experience shopping at Stater Bros was very disappointing and here are the reasons why this experience was a 1 STAR ☆(or Less) experience. First,I am going to compare them to a my 5 STARS ☆☆☆☆☆ experience at another competitor called Trader Joe's located off of Centre City Pkwy in Escondido, California. First of all, Trader Joe's limits the number the number of people entering their store and have marked off spots 6 feet apart outside their Store as customers wait to enter, so that the customers are NOT EXPOSED to OTHER CUSTOMERS and the COVID-19 VIRUS!!! STATER BROS DOES NOT DO THIS!! Trader Joe's uses ONLY ONE ENTRANCE for their CUSTOMERS TO ENTER ONLY(they have an employee DEDICATED to make certain that people enter in by that ONE DOOR while wearing masks and EXIT BY ONLY ONE DOOR!! Stater Bros DOES NOT LIMIT the NUMBER of PEOPLE ENTERING THEIR STORE!!! Stater Bros DOES NOT HAVE ONE ENTRANCE dedicated to people entering their store and ONE EXIT dedicated to people leaving their store to control the number of people!! IN FACT, They have THREE ENTRANCES WHICH ALSO ACT AS EXITS BECAUSE THE DOORS ARE AUTOMATIC and I OBSERVED MANY PEOPLE GO OUT THE ENTRANCE BY TIGGERING THE ELECTRONIC EYE IN THE DOORS ( except late at night after 9:00 pm or before 7:45 am to 8:00 am when they let Seniors in through their middle entrance). BY STATER BROS NOT LIMITING THEIR CUSTOMERS TO TRULY GOING IN ONE ENTRANCE ONLY AND LEAVING BY ONLY ONE EXIT ONLY, STATER BROS HAS MULTIPLIED THE POSSIBILITY OF EXPOSURE TO THE COVID-19 VIRUS!! Stater Bros HAS NOT MARKED OFF SPOTS outside their establishment for the customer to wait LIKE TRADER JOE'S does. Stater Bros states that MASKS ARE MANDATORY!! However, I have REPORTED several incidents as recently as May 25, 2020 that people were entering their establishment WITHOUT the REQUIRED MASKS and was TOLD "THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT THAT" (PEOPLE ENTERING WITHOUT MASKS)!! Next, Trader Joe's SPRAYS HAND SANITIZER on Each PERSON'S HANDS BEFORE EACH PERSON ENTERS their Store while also HANDING the CUSTOMER a SANITIZERED SHOPPING CART!! WHILE STATER BROS DOES NOT!l INFACT, I saw a customer return a shopping cart that they had JUST USED TO THE SHOPPING CART AREA WHERE CARTS are SUPPOSEDLY WIPED DOWN where unbeknownst to a new shopper who selects that UNSANITIZED shopping cart!! Meanwhile, TRADER JOE'S HAS AN AREA WHERE THEY ACTUALLY SPRAY DOWN ALL THE SHOPPING CARTS!! Next, once you enter Trader Joe's Store, the customer is directed to begin their shopping in a DIRECTIONAL FLOW and NARROW AISLES ARE MARKED WITH ONE WAY ARROWS and WIDER AISLES are MARKED and Partitioned, so as to be SOCIALLY DISTANCED from the ALREADY LIMITED CUSTOMERS PERMITTED INTO THE STORE AT ONE TIME!! THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT ON NARROW AISLES WHICH ARE ONE WAY ONLY thereby LIMITING EXPOSURE TO THE COVID-19 VIRUS!! Meanwhile, STATER BROS has ONLY MARKED SPOTS 6 FEET APART as the customer waits in line at the CHECKOUT AREA. HOWEVER, STATER BROS DOES NOT HAVE ANY ARROWS or Partitions to PROTECT the customers FROM other CUSTOMERS and the COVID-19 VIRUS!! Lastly, NOT ONLY DOES TRADER JOE'S have SPOTS MARKED OFF 6 FEET APART AS THE CUSTOMER WAITS IN LINE to pay, but TRADER"S JOE'S ALSO SPRAYS THE CUSTOMER'S HANDS AS the customer leaves the store and Trader Joe's ASKS ( IF THEY CAN HELP the customer out to their car)!! To SUM UP MY EXPERIENCES AT BOTH TRADER JOE's and STATER BROS, I will share a snippet of a conversation I had with a TRADER JOE'S employee. I was complimenting the Trader Joe's employee for the ORGANIZED, THOROUGH, and VERY THOUGHTFUL PLAN the store has instituted TO BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH CDC GUIDELINES to PROTECT CUSTOMERS AND the STORE'S WORKERS, and the TRADER JOE'S EMPLOYEE SAID, " WE LOVE OUR CUSTOMERS AND WANT TO KEEP THEM SAFE"!!! WOW, NEED I SAY MORE????? THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STATER BROS STORE AND STATER BROS IS TRADER'S IS MY HERO and STATER BROS MY ZERO!!! TRADER'S GETS MY 5 ☆☆☆☆☆+++ RATING & STATER'S MY...

When I get my retirement in 7 years I am buying Stater Brothers operations and putting a location back into my Escondido after I buy land putting upon. Stater Brothers a subsidiary of my subsidiary entities will reopen Escondido location per my proxy votes. Majority owner of multiple conglomerates, banks, insurance, financial entities and others. I liked Stater Brothers near me with a bakery, butcher, specialty services are always the best at Stater Brothers Markets. I will be investing in 7 years time. Must wait till next period when my subsidiary entities share splits. Will be my 97th split since being assigned principal of holdings. In celebration of event grants will triple globally for public grants. Entities are assigned distributions of $6 trillion annually in public grants. If any entity serves public need request public grant proposal per need. Grants available for public, student or transportation efforts. Proud of my entities under my holdings. In my 55 years I have never spent 1 cent on myself. All earnings are distributed in public grants of my dividends paid to my account. US Trust Bylaws are explicitly clear upon matters. Violating banks will loose licenses. Minimal fine is $125 million per violating entity. Which is 1% of 1% of 1% of 1 of my holdings. All earnings are given in public grants. Per my orders 50 years ago and will never be altered. As state in 7 years I will invest portion into Stater Brothers Market a vital part of any community and as such will have my permanent support. Few markets can serve as well. We enjoy service at Stater Brothers Markets. If any of my banks fail let principal know. I will assign fines...
Read moreThis store is always clean and fully stocked. What impresses me is that they take the time to symmetrically line shelves up like an OCD dream. People come along and pick things up then put them back on the shelf. Typical shopper touching everything. Then a Stater Brothers employee will walk the aisles and realign all the cans or boxes, perfectly lined up like a Russian Army, labels out, corner to corner as if it was never moved an inch. I love that. I don’t have to pick it up to turn it around to see what it is.
The produce section is simply fascinating. If you’re looking for it, they have it. I walked in one day looking for red onions, and a store colleague saw I had search on my face. She said hello and asked if she could help me find something. In a few seconds she had me in front of red onions. Saved me time.
The section for alcoholic beverages for us responsible adults was plentiful. I have found what I was looking for every single time. I even discovered a few new loves that I never knew existed. Not once have I ever gone to find a selection leaving disappointed it was out of stock. Not once.
Check out is quick and easy. Unlike Food4Less, they have more than two registers open. As a matter of fact, yesterday there were several including two for 15 items or less. The store was busy with last minute shoppers for holiday meal preparation. I was in and out in less that 10 minutes, and I walked the length...
