Yum Yum Donuts — Restaurant in San Marcos

Went in today morning and wasn’t to please with the service. As a customer was walking in one of the workers was talking bad about the customer. The workers expected me, a customer to know the menu; the menu wasn’t specific enough and told me to be specific to them when they didn’t even bother to ask me what size of drink I wanted they just served me there biggest size. As I went to tell them that I wanted a different type of size they were very mad and very rude with me and wanted argue.

They shouldn’t be talking bad about there customers or expect customers to know there menu when the menu isn’t specific enough. They shouldn’t respond in a rude manner towards customers because. Customers just want to enjoy there donuts.... this was the last time I’ll go...

We were just at a super expensive donut shop and it was awful. Thank goodness for Yum Yum. They always deliver. You can count on a great selection of wonderful, fresh donuts.

We had not been to this one in some time, but we were in town and stopped. We bought the 14 for a dozen price knowing we would take home bunch.

The place, as always was clean, parking so easy and the service is so nice and friendly. We just can never go wrong at Yum Yum.

We also love their bagels. Now, we do ask when they were made because we want super fresh.

They also have some great sandwiches. You can have an entire meal there. And the prices are just so reasonable.

Terrible customer service by some of the staff. They have difficulty in basic math in figuring out how to charge for products that don't fit their mold. Don't try to order a donut that's out of their usual half dozen set and ask to be charged the difference; they can't figure it out and want you to order more than you need. Weird way to handle customer service when a customer simply asks to be charged more for the difference they are asking for, they can't tackle and are rude about it. Been coming here for years and other staff could figure this simple procedure out in the past. It's too bad their staff are not trained well these days. Won't...
