Horrible customer service once they have your money, which is unfortunate because I've been going out of my way to support this business over the past 2 years even though you can find everything for less online.

I bought a quarter baking sheet and a silicone mat to match in the morning. I got home and the mat was too big, even though the packaging said it was made to fit a quarter sheet. I returned to the store the same day and showed it to the same lady who sold it to me, and she acknowledged that it didn't fit even though it should have.

They have a no return policy, but since it was either defective or mislabeled, I asked if I could return/exchange it for the right one. She just said no and pointed to the "All Sales Final" sign.

They sold me a faulty product, acknowledged it, and I still got stuck with the short end of the stick. I've spent hundreds here over the years and don't plan to spend a dollar more, all over a $10...

Amazing Place ! I been wanting to visit this place for while & I finally did . I traveled from Salinas to San Mateo for this amazing place , & i don’t regret it haha . The guy was so helpful & so nice (if you see this thank you for being so helpful & nice) . You can find so much things you need for baking if you ever need something real quick for your small business :) anything like baking tools, chocolate, food coloring, cookie cutters , sprinkles , pans , molds etc . & you are local and not far like me 😅 you could totally rely on this place ! & Also don’t forget when your a about to pay you need to get their one & only fudge brownie . My sister bought one & my mom & family friends tried it & we loved it . So we went back in & bought...

Terrible customer experience, unwilling to make any accommodations.

I had an unavoidable family conflict arise 7 days prior to my class, and this business had nothing to offer me other than “sorry that’s our policy — no refunds, no exchanges”. Although that policy is documented, I’ve never paid so much money and not had any interest expressed in working with me as a customer regardless of what the fine print said. For hundreds of dollars, I expected better.

Would not recommend for anyone with families or other obligations where you may not be able to control...
