Strongly recommend AGAINST this salon

I came here to have my nail gel removed. They did it in a barbaric way. They kept saying it’s hard to remove. They never removed nail gel like this. I did my nails in Taiwan. And it’s a regular nail gel. If they couldn’t remove it in a proper way, they shouldn’t have received me in the first place. They scrubbed my nails til there were scratches on my real nail surfaces and left even some dents. My nails are totally damaged. They are now coarse and fragile. Never been to any salons worse than this place.

Btw, nail gel removal is 15 dollars. They expected me to tip them afterwards. I tipped two dollars but I shouldn’t have tipped them for damaging my nails. They...

I came for a manicure and pedicure and had just finished the pedicure when 2 other walk in customers came in - I was told just a minute - 30 minutes later after the manicurist returned after shampooing one and doing another treatment in the back for the other customer!
