I met Susan at a local gem show in Santa Rosa at her Lucky Handicraft booth. I can not imagine doing business with anyone else and knew that I must see her 2 stores. Go full or pack snacks because this can be an all day event. Thankfully they have a bathroom for you to use.
Susan has always been so generous with me. She is very patient with me and I really like her as a person. The other staff members are very helpful. They do an excellent job of packing up your order and handling it with care.
From pocket rocks to statement pieces this store has it all and it's easy to go nuts in here. Impulse control, which, I had none today......LOL
They have a smaller store in Richmond and I visited both locations today.

I called to get information and the man answering phone did not seem to speak or understand English. I needed to know availability and size of hole drilled in their black natural fresh water pearls. Read more$200 MINIMUM!!! My 13 year old daughter loves crystals and she was so excited to go get her friend a birthday gift. I saw the sign that said $200 minimum on the door and I thought that was odd since they sell a lot of small things.
