Smoke depot — Local services in San Pablo

I've had multiple issues with the owners here so I'm going to LIST them off: The lady that works there ID'd me a few times when I first started shopping there and once I lost it I told her about it and she was ok with me still buying there but a few months later she randomly started asking for ID and telling me she didn't care about me losing it, so I sent my ex in immediately after and she told me that the lady didn't even ask for ID. So the lady's husband sold me a whippit cracker and when I firs started using it... it worked like a charm, not a single issue but about 2-3 hours after the sale it stopped working, it wouldn't twist anymore so I came back wanting my refund and to my surprise his wife was there (same lady that likes to ONLY ID's me) and when I explained to her the issue she was asking me questions that seemed like she didn't even believe that I bought it there, and she wouldn't even let me demonstrate the problem either, she told me she didn't care and did a little " shoo fly" hand motion t o get me out of there. One thing that I can say for sure is that husband is a pretty nice guy that'll even cut down a price for you but I advise anybody that wants to spend their money on something that a smoke shop has... to go the smoke shop next to the Raley's up the street, now those owners are very nice and will make you...

Four days ago, I bought 65$ in Kratom and 15$ in a glass bowl. The bowl had the wrong down tube, I never used it, it had the sticker on it. I took it back in to exchange for the male down tube. Also had my huge glass bong with me that I needed to get outfitted with a new silicone seal, down and up tubes etc. probably gonna buy a bag and a bunch of their clothing too. BUT THE LADIES DIDNT WANT TO HELP ME ONE BIT. She didn’t care I came in and wasn’t trying to serve me anything other than her laziness and rudeness. If you don’t wanna be nice to people who come in to spend their hard earned money…DONT COME TO WORK in customer service. One lady wanted to help but the other one was dismissive and unhelpful. I love the Keaton products espically the Keaton Tea!!😀.This shop has a really great variety of different products to choose from!! I’m now taking the Kratom tea each day and I have really seen a great difference in myself! I want to Thank Bryan who taught me all about the Kratom products and giving me a chance to try a sample of the Kratom tea too!!😀🤜.
