RICARDO and the manager(female) did not get her name… We tried getting an upgrade on 3 phones which Ricardo wrote on a piece of paper somewhat explaining the pricing. Being an existent client of T-Mobile, we trusted him. After all that, he then proceeded to check availability on the phone that to our surprise it wasn’t available. We then decided to not proceed to anything. Well… He did change everything in our account and adding a prorated charge on top of the account monthly payment to be over $500. No other T-mobile wanted to help us due to what he had done. We kept asking how much the prorated was going to be and everyone kept giving us different numbers until at least the number 611 which is customer service and was able to help us and explain to us how much he was going to charge us so that he can make commission. He tricked us and wanted us to pay two bills without even having the phones available and then sending us away to another store. I’m sure the manager was the one who did the changes as I heard her talking about our accounts. Please be aware!!! DO NOT COME HERE. They treated us “nice” but do not be fooled…. They only care about their commissions by changing plans and upgrading phones that they don’t even have an inventory and did not even check before we started talking about changing plans and upgrading phones. We only found all this out when we went to the T-Mobile in Aguadilla Mall and they explained to us how they knew Ricardo to be a shady employee as he was fired for there and was new at this location. I hope you see this review before you come to this place, and hopefully you will make sure of everything that they do to your account. Read moreHoy 10 de septiembre 2020 fui a la tienda Tmobil en San Sebastián ya que el Lunes 7 de septiembre mi esposo fue a cambiar su celular y realizó el cambio del equipo y adicional a eso se le compró un protector de pantalla y cuando llegamos a nuestro pueblo nos percatamos de que la empleada poniéndole el protector lo había roto, pudimos ir hoy y los empleados que nos atendieron nos trataron de mentirosos y diciendo que el protector lo habíamos roto con una llave y nos indignamos porque nos trataron mal y los empleado nos hablaron en forma amenazante qué a la buena bregamos pero a la mala no al ver lo indignado que estábamos con la actitud de los empleados afirmando algo que no era real como si fueran ellos que tuvieran que pagar el protector que nos costó $39.99 más el celular y no tuviéramos derecho de solicitar el remplazo del protector ya que tiene garantía y por lo cual tenemos derecho de solicitar la garantía por la que pagamos. No le recomiendo esta tienda mientras tengan estos empleados en esta tienda. Yo soy cliente por años de T-Mobile y en otras tienda el trato ha sido bueno pero en San Sebastián No sirven esos empleados que sin saber ofenden y tratan de mentirosa a las personas por el mero hecho que ellos son los empleados y nosotros los clientes.
