Just Like Home Laundry — Local services in Sandusky

I'm not the kind of person who usually leaves comments, but I really have to say that the staff of this store are extremely arrogant and disrespectful! I don't know if the staff member is the owner or what, but the attitude towards solving problems in your laundry is arrogant and disrespectful! If you are the owner of this store, then I can only say that you will lose more customers. With your attitude towards solving problems, the first thing you do when a problem occurs in your store is to deny it. From beginning to end, there's not a single "I'm sorry". I ask you, if it costs $3 to wash clothes in your laundry, is my complaint about the problem itself or am I just trying to get a $3 discount? It's really ridiculous. I'm a regular customer of your store, choosing it because it's close to home. But I've never seen such an individualistic staff member who doesn't even say "I'm sorry"! Well, that's fine! May your God bless you in your work! He sees what you do, and I hope that when you encounter the same unfairness and can't get your problem solved one day, you will also receive the same treatment. Arrived Saturday, 12:10pm. Departed 1:50pm (includes folding). 1 hr 40 min - $5.75 total time and $ spent.

Washers $3, $4, $4.50 (power wash on this machine $5.25), $7.25. Extra machine options cost up to .50 more. Several washers and at least 1 dryer out of order. I used the $4.50 washer for 33 min and used cold water, normal but xl load with no extras.

Dryers 7 min a quarter. I had an xl size load and dried for 35 min on high due to a lot of jeans and sweatpants in this load. Only 1 pr of jeans was slightly damp around the waistband.

Opens at 7am; Closes at 9pm so last load has to start around 7pm. Attendant was kind and helpful. Only quarters, no need to prefill a card (yay!!!) There wasn’t a lot of people in here so they must come and go. Many of the machines were running when I arrived and again when I flipped the load but was able to find open machines.

1-2 Attendants were present, 4 TV’s, laundry bag machine (?), ATM, drop off service, bathroom available but you have to get the key, several carts and folding tables, 2 vending machines, 2 tables with chairs, several chairs along the wall, electrical outlet (for charging phone), only saw 1 garbage can, WiFi available, clean place! From the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable and welcomed. The name fits perfectly — it really does feel just like home. The place was incredibly clean and well-kept, with a calm, relaxed atmosphere. It was a nice break from the usual hectic pace of travel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they made sure everything ran smoothly. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in the space. We especially appreciated the Tv and snack machines . It made the time go by quickly and gave us a chance to unwind while we waited.
