Had a bad experience here with the caucasian loader who looks to be in his 40’s. He was here at around 1600.

I walked in because they didn’t provide a seal for the second drop, and put the same seal on both BOL’s.

He had the gall to give me the, “I’ve never had this happen,” lie in order to frame me as abnormal.

I walked out without incident but I am amazed at the amount of people who work at these facilities who simply do not respect drivers.

This is a 5star company, no issues, made shipping or receiving simple as 1,2,3 I checked in , was given a door, paper work and seal an hand, as it changes to red light to load you up, once you get green you can go an way out, very fast loading , in less than an hour I was an my way out, am sure there is plenty room for overnight parking.
