Burger King — Restaurant in Sandwich Township

Third time I've tried to order their new chicken sandwich. Every time it is like warm garbage. First time it was hard out of the warmer. Tasted like dirt. Second time same thing, hard and not edible. Gave it a month. Figured I'd let them settle into the new item. Ordered it today. They told me I'd have to wait 5 minutes for them to cook it. Sure, I figure finally, a good one. Nope, stale and old. Almost like they just made it seem like they actually cooked it fresh. When they never did. Each time though the sandwich has had a slightly old fryer oil taste to it as well. Needless to say I've now taken this BK off of me list of options for food. Garbage from start to finish. Clear house...

They were very slow today. I waited 15 minutes for my lunch. Also the boys who waited on me in the drive through did not have there masks up over there mouths and nose. I wish they would wear them properly. They don't do much on there chins! I don't think I will be going back there any time soon if this is how serious they take the precautions they are supposed to be taking. The manager comes off as aggressive and rude he was not understanding my order until I explained to him that it was two separate items. I showed a code for rewards and he right away thought there was a confrontation and told me I couldn’t use a “coupon” …..they are clearly understaffed and took forever to get everyone’s food out so to not make matters worse I didn’t even bother I just told him whatever and paid …. I get home and to spite me this man did not put any sauces in my bag well played...
