Taco Bell — Restaurant in Little Rock Township

Stopped by for a late night dinner after Sandwich Fair, walked in, place was dated, the color scheme and table looked like a Chuck E. Cheese knockoff. Floor wasn’t swept, and slick because the entire floor was covered in film of grease. I had to use the restroom, when I pushed the restroom door, it was really sticky, what appears to be built up grease on the door. Inside the restroom wasn’t swept up, and all out of paper towels. I ordered k6 (3 pc chicken tender combo), I waited exact twelve minutes to get my food. I wasn’t told at first it would take this long. A customer that ordered before me waited even longer. This place is unsanitary, needs to be renovated, and most importantly a better management. Will not come back until I see the place remodeled maybe I will give a better review...

I love Taco Bell but stay away from this one! Went thru drive thru got to the window and the young lady there had an attitude problem being a bit snappy. We paid and she told us to wait upfront. We ordered a famous bowl, 5 chicken frito burritos, and a deluxe cravings box. We waited 25 minutes when they finally came out with the food. We checked it and they forgot the famous bowl. My wife inside to get it and the window girl came to my wife with her attitude and before my wife could answer the manager came over window girls shoulder and spat out in a rude way “we just brought your order out what are you missing?” My wife walked out with the famous bowl and was so distraught that she forgot to ask for the drink they also...

I asked for a five layer burrito and I asked if they can leave the nacho cheese sauce off, the blonde girl taking the order wasn't paying attention to what I said because she was to busy talking to her friend and laughing, and she kept repeating the order back to me wrong and wouldn't let me finish what i was saying to her, and she got the order wrong and gave me the nacho cheese sauce anyway, I eat at taco bell a few times per week and if they can't get the orders right I'll go to a completely different business and eat there, not taco bell, i'm very disappointed in the service, I like the food but you have to hire people that care about what their doing or your going to lose...
