Our son asked for a speciality, make-belief cake, without any specifics at the last minute about 6 days before his birthday party. I reached out to three places, including Bakes by B. Two said it was too short of notice, but Bakes by B said she can make it happen. She took time over text (which was my preferred method) to get my preferences: thing fondant (our son does not like it); light fluffy chocolate cake, with combination filling (mousse and frosting together). I called for a birthday cake for my daughter. We are new to the area, so I took a chance since the reviews were great. We were not disappointed!

I knew everything from her website that I needed to answer ordering questions except sizes and pricing. I felt bad calling only 2 days in advance, but B was courteous and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience.

The cupcakes I had her made were absolutely perfect. She did custom footballs, she did blue and orange to fit our Brighton theme, and she did edible logos with the Brighton.
