Starbucks — Restaurant in Sandy

Today came to a different location of Starbucks and it’s was very disappointing. I mobile ordered a venti shaken espresso with extra oat milk, less ice. Barista named Karen handed me the drink, but it was a grande drink in a venti cup. I handed back to Karen, but she asked for a 70cent extra charge for the drink, even though I alr paid for a venti. She began to educate me by saying because you ordered a less ice and espresso, that’s why the drink was “water down.” Felt speechless, took the drink back, I gaze back and saw barista karen roll her eyes at me. Didn’t feel fair and went back again, another barista that wear glasses was very kind with nice attitude , and remake the drink...

I made a mobile order, but this location was out of my order, so the app kicked my order to a different location (I didn’t know this was a thing, but it needs to be fixed). The cute girls were SUPER sweet and helpful!! They quickly made me a replacement drink and sent me on my way, because I didn’t have time to drive to the other location.
