The employees were great! So helpful, friendly, and professional. The service was speedy-- probably the fastest I've ever been served a shaved ice. Very impressive variety of flavor options. Reasonably priced. We loved the set up with the string lights and magnetic tiles and chalk to play with. But the snow cones just didn't taste good. This place takes sooooo longgg. It wasn’t even busy and we had to wait over 30 minutes for just two snow-cones. All these teens were ordering “snowballs” and they got them immediately while we are waiting. I wouldn’t say it’s worth the service. Also the cups are so sticky when they give them to you. The snow- cones didn’t even taste that good and some teenagers were poking their head through the door, which you’re not supposed to go through and they were distracting the workers which made it take even longer. I have been coming here for years I love the snow shack season and count down the days tell it's open my go to is their ocean water but they always have a flavor of the week and they have lots of flavor options they also have a punch card 10 = a free medium snow cone they have affordable prices and the employees are always super sweet, they have plenty of chairs and if not you can sit on the grass they also have chalk and other toys for kids to play with and on the hot days they have their misters turned on it's nice to sit there and enjoy...
