I went here to purchase a Bosch mixer for my wife for Mother's Day. They had been out everywhere online for a little while and I figured it was worth a shot. They had a returned Bosch that they sold me for the same price as a new one. When she opened it, she noticed there were bits of dough and flour on parts and in the bowl. After a brief discussion, we both decided we'd rather wait for a shipment of brand-new models. When we returned it we mentioned that if it had been at a discounted price we probably would have kept it, but they said it wasn't used. When we told them about the obvious signs of some use, they blew it off as no big deal. They said that's normal since they grease the gears.
The level of condescension was ridiculous. My wife even said that no, this had been used. It's more than just grease. They clearly weren't convinced, so we decided to just return it. They also said we could forego a refund and as soon as a new shipment arrives (June - which is about 3 weeks out at the earliest) they would let us know. You really think I want to let you keep $400 for a couple of weeks - perhaps longer - while I get nothing in return? It was kind of insulting to be honest.
We ended up finding a brand new Bosch at R.C. Wiley and bought it. Guess what? There was not any dough, flour, dirt, etc. in this one at all. Yes, we noticed the grease in spots, but that was it. Weird, I thought they came with some of that dough and flour already there to help lube it or something - at least that was the BS story I got at the Bosch Kitchen Center.
Anyway, I wasn't impressed at all and now I have no trust in this store. I won't...
   Read moreI was very disappointed with the level of dishonesty and lack of professionalism I experienced with this Bosch store. They packaged my liquid lecithin in a way that left the cap unprotected and shipped it. When it arrived at my house, it was a sticky, leaking mess. The mail carrier had to put it inside a plastic garbage bag just to deliver it. The package itself was not significantly damaged and it was obvious that if they had simply wrapped the cap with something it would have arrived intact. I called, sent pictures and emailed. I followed all the steps they asked me to, but the manager refused to call me back. Instead an employee had to relay his messages. They told me I would receive new product or a refund. I never received either. So I sent a follow up email, which was ignored. I called and left a message at the store, but my call was not returned. They told me they lost money on the shipping, but they had my address and they set the shipping cost. I will never shop with them again. Very very disappointed.    Read moreBob repaired my Bosch mixer in very little time. He accurately assessed the problem and the cost was minimal. Before I had Bob fix it, I called the Bosch warranty repair center in St. George. Their assessment of the problem would have costed me much more money for the repair plus shipping and a down time of approximately 3-4 weeks. I also feel their assessment would have been incorrect because it was completely different from what Bob said the problem was. I am so glad I chose to go with Bob for the repair. He really knows his stuff and I feel he is honest in his dealings. He didn't try to take advantage of the situation. This is not my first time dealing with this business either.
