My husband and I have patronized this shop probably 8-10 times. This is a decent little smoke shop/convenience store. There's not an enormous selection of any one product, but they do carry an array of different products like huka supplies, e-liquid and, of course, cigarettes. There is a small selection of snack foods, but check the expiration dates cuz I once picked up a package of licorice--the pieces seemed very hard (I always check anywhere I go cuz super-soft Red Vines are awesome). We primarily purchase e-liquid/e-juice...they carry a few different brands and have a decent selection of flavors, but not many choices on strength and this is kind of important. Since we only go there an average of once every 6-8 weeks or so it's possible the options have improved; however, the last few times we were there they only had maybe three e-juice strengths...I believe it was 6mg, 12mg and 30mg. We were looking for 18-24mg but settled on 30mg. I do recall not all strengths were available in all brands or flavors, and the 30mg had maybe 6 flavors to choose from--like I said, not great but ok in a pinch. Our only truly disappointing experience happened a few months back. The sales person, an older gal with long grey & dark hair (probably the same one described by other reviewers) assured us the "coils" we were purchasing were the correct ones for our trophy tanks. They looked right, but there were no sample/demo ones so the only way to know was to buy and try (you see where this is going, right?). This particular item was only available in a package of five and cost between $12-15. Bummer, cuz our fave shops (Aztec Hwy and the awesome iVape) sell individual "coils" for around $2/ea. Long story short, the damn things didn't fit and, though the purchase was made entirely based on the sales gal's "knowledge", we weren't allowed to return them. I get the policy, in fact, most smoke shops are pretty tight when it comes to returns. However, if a customer is told the product is the one we need, there ought to be some accountability and flexibility on the shop's behalf, amiright? So, then, why three stars and not one or two? Honestly, the shop is super convenient to our home, rarely crazy-busy, open seven days a week and parking is REALLY close...as I have a physical disability this makes my life easier.

I got to say in all the years I've been going to Smokey's who is now Leaf Love I have never once had a bad experience because when you walk through those doors it's like walking into a whole new world of nothing more than pure positivity and smiling faces. I kid you not if you're having a bad day or things aren't going well just drop in to Leaf Love whether you're buying something or not and I promise you when you leave you will feel a whole lot better than you did when you first walked in and that's a fact because in there you're treated like family because you are family and you can't get it any better than that. Oh and if you buy chance pop in there any time soon please tell Chandler that Jimmy and little Smokey said to say hello because it's not too often that you run across somebody who actually cares about people and not looking for something in return other than a handshake and to let you know that it's going...

I absolutely love coming here!!! I really enjoy all of the staff here! Chandler, in particular, exhibits exceptional customer service, a positive, friendly, and genuine personality and extensive product knowledge! He remembers me every time I come into this location and that makes me feel like a VIP! He ALWAYS makes it a point of actually talking And listening- he CARES about his customers and that's what sets him apart from everyone else!
