I debated to leave this company a review but after copious amounts of unprofessional and assumed fraudulent encounters, I felt obligated. As an investor, I wanted to find a company that could run my three STRs, allowing me to be hands off. From the beginning, there were many red flags that I ignored, as I had already paid them a large amount for each property to get started.
Conmigo is extremely short staffed and only have one person that manages all their properties. I never felt like my properties were being given the attention that was needed. Whenever I reached out for a question or concern, I was immediately left to feel like a burden and that I was overstepping. As a client, I expected to be treated with respect but that was far from the case anytime I reached out. If my questions or concerns were answered, the blame would be put on me or something else.. there was never any accountability— no resolution or apology for the many mistakes made in their short management of my properties. After four months, I fired them.
It always proved very difficult to get past one of the owners when I would look over the numbers and there were ridiculous amounts charged for things that were not approved by me. All of my properties are close to the ski resorts and I expected them to each be rented on short term reservations, to make the most money. However, Conmigo allowed them to be rented on mid-term reservations for a huge discount. This caused me to lose a ton of money. There is even an article on KSL (local news station) where the owner talks about the NBA all star weekend and how they have planned for this and increased their properties for that weekend. Not on mine.. this happened often.. a lot of talk but no action.
They also put the prices for each rental extremely low on Thanksgiving and Christmas break. When I asked them about this, they told me that’s how it works sometimes; Airbnb gives discounts when they are for extended periods of time or for your first listings. Now that I run my properties myself, this is a flat out lie. As the host, you can put how much of a discount you want to give-if any- on each property and not allow any discounts for the first three.
So much more I could add but I don’t have the time. As I looked at the reviews after this horrible experience, I noticed a few other investors wrote bad reviews as well, complaining about the same things. I also saw one that said look closely at the reviews to see who left them and the time frame. Many of the people that work in the company left reviews, which I thought wasn’t appropriate, as it is not accurate or from actual clients.
I would never recommend them to any of my investor friends or small Mom and Pop business owners, looking for a company to manage their homes.

Read more8/27/25: Updated to 1 star now as Conmigo went out of their way to contact booking.com to complain that I booked 3 places within a week and cancelled 2 of them. They also complained to them that I 'berated' them. I certainly did and too bad - you deserved it for this whole 'customer is last' approach you decided to take over $122. That refund is still pending but they did agree to a full 100% refund. NO ONE should have to go through this crap.
WHY did I change?? They didn't bother to ask. First cancellation was due to our group changing travel DATES. Pretty standard reason. 2nd cancellation was due to our change of ski resorts from Epic to Ikon so needed to move closer to those resorts. You'd think no one has EVER changed reservations 6 months in advance the way Conmigo reacted.
8/26/25: This is really a 1 star review by the way Conmigo is choosing to treat me. I gave +1 extra star because they have decent listings and pricing is very good. Thinking I might take it back because they are being all "we don't care about you - you cancelled and we want a fee"
I reserved on Booking.com. B.com sight clearly posts for this property 'free cancellation' and 'no credit card or service fees'. Exactly what I am used to for properties rented on b.com. Booked! Shortly after, I had to cancel and rebook for a different dates, different destinations for our group. I did this within 2-3 days not weeks, not months.
Conmigo charged my AmEx the entire amount - that is not explained on the sight anywhere - and is not a booking.com policy. I've already talked to bk.com in person and that is correct. Now Conmigo are claiming a 3.5% charge is being withheld on the entire amount of the booking. In my case, it is about $125. They insist this is 'their policy' and it was explained at the time I reserved. This is NOT true. B.com is formally going after Conmigo for the money they owe me after I sent them cc charge statements showing the deficiency in the return.
Once reserved, I rec'd within 24 hrs a confirmation with a link that I did not open. Conmigo explained to me that the link is their 'rental agreement' and explains the full charge and withholding of any cancellation. Read moreI do not recommend using this company to manage any of your properties. They are super unorganized. They told us they would be listing our house on multiple sites from the very beginning. That didn’t end up happening until we called them for 2 months straight asking what was going on, and why our place wasn’t getting booked. Whenever I reached out for a question or concern, I was left feeling like a burden. If my questions or concerns were answered the blame would always be put on me. There was never any accountability, or apologizes for their mistakes. Whenever we had questions about the finances or anything to do with that, we would have to talk to Rachel. Everytime we talked to her she made it seem like it was our fault for not knowing, and she could never properly explain the finances. Every encounter we had with Rachel was negative, and overall she was just rude. I checked on my house between guests and their cleaners would leave our front door unlocked. This happened on multiple occasions. They also told us they would be keeping a very good watch on our house to see if anything was missing, ruined or broken after each guest. They said they would notify us right away if anything happened. As soon as we got our house back we noticed that our blinds, closet door, and towel rack were broken and our couch was completely destroyed. We were never made aware of any of these. Ultimately they just didn’t do what they said they would do. There is SO much more I could add but I don’t want to waste anymore time or energy on them.
I would never recommend them to anyone looking to have someone manage their properties. STAY FAR AWAY.
