I recently scheduled an appointment to discuss business cards, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Initially, I was quoted several hundred dollars for the service. Upon arrival, I felt my needs were not prioritized, and it seemed more of a hassle for them to assist me.

After leaving, I received a separate $65 invoice for the time they spent designing my card, which I found a bit surprising. When I called to settle the invoice, I was put on hold for an extended period, which only added to my frustration.
