Riverbirch Corner Shopping Center — Local services in Sanford

Really bummed. We went to look at possibly renting a space. They obviously do not take care of their properties. We saw lots of water damage and even the back door had a whole section missing. It was just a mess. It needs painting on the outside or at least power washing, the parking lot needs some holes fixed, trash needs to be picked up and cleaned up in the back especially and the shrubbery has not had attention for a while. It could be a really nice shopping center and even has a nice walking bike trail type path around it. But because the property owners are not taking care of it, people are moving out and that's got to why there are so many vacant stores. The anchor belks roses, bath & body works are still there. There is also a nail salon and I'm not sure of the other places, but there weren't that many at least in the...

Most of the time I can find alot of things onsale at Belks in Sanford. They are easy to get to with great parking. My complaint is with the city...They have let the place go downhill so much. They need to trim the dead limbs on the Trees at entrance way. Cut the grass. Plant some flowers. Pave the entrance roads and the entire parking lot. At Christmas the decorations are few and need to be updated. Its really sad to see the stores close and it go downhill like it has. Belks gets 5 stars but the curb appeal...

Would be better if it was an enclosed Mall! Looses stars for being just a strip mall.The stores would be so successful if this was an actual enclosed Mall. The parking lot could be better. I do like the variety of stores, Belk, Pennies, Bath & Bodyworks, Hibbit Sports, Roses, Halmark, dry cleaners, drug,shoe store bank & more. A couple of restaurants in the surrounding parking there's a little swing set @ the pond. As I'm reading the description it sounds much better than it actually feels...
