China Panda restaurant — Restaurant in Sanford

My wife and I recently moved to Sanford, NC. As is my family's tradition for Christmas Day we do a Chinese dinner after a movie, We had not had too much luck in finding a good Chinese restaurant. So, we decided on take out. I went to the internet and found China Panda, in Sanford. It was close to the movie theater so we stopped in. To our surprise there was seating inside. The menu was well stocked with selections. Where we came from we had a favorite and China Panda equaled our old take out place. As we ate, my wife noticed a dish I found very few Chinese restaurants have on the menu, Yat Gaw Mein. In years past I would always order that dish. But for some reason the old restaurant no longer carried it. After our move, just finding good Chinese food was a task. Now that we found China Panda, we know we will return many times. Was extremely disappointed with the service that was provided along with the food!! I ordered an order of shrimp fried rice, an order of teriyaki chicken, and some egg rolls, few minutes later I received a call back telling me that they had no teriyaki chicken. So instead of the chicken I order fried jumbo shrimp, shrimp fried rice and three egg rolls I repeated the order several times to the worker on the other line and she repeated back to me several times and told me it would take 30 to 45 minutes to arrive at my location well it took over an hour to get my food and then I had no shrimp fried rice just 5 little what they called jumbo shrimp and 3 egg rolls so when I called to ask about my rice they had told me that I did not order the rice that 5 shrimp and 3 egg rolls cost $18.00 I don’t know about everyone else but I do not think that 5 shrimp cost that much I was extremely unsatisfied...

Placed my order over phone, they told me 15 mins...then I was told the total which was over priced at $31.00! When I got there to pick my food up it was not ready and I had to asked as he happily charge my card without telling me. I had to wait 20 mins as people who came after me foods were ready. The inside smelled very odd which I couldn't tell what the smell was, the setting was ok but clearly very old and outdated.
