I am done with Subway. Not just this one, though this was the straw tgat broke the camels back. The order l placed was not available. It's hard to get a simple meatball sandwich if it's after 3pm! This seems to happen at many Subways in our area. Simple solution. ORDER MORE!!! They were out of not only meatballs, but also meats for a classic cold cut sub during this visit. That is like Dunkin Donuts running out of coffee. The "Sandwich Artist" did not know how to refund my money after l had waited far longer than my pre-ordered sub was supposed to be ready. l had to figure out something else l wanted to replace what l really wanted or walk away without compensation. I feel like l was forced to order SOMETHING just to get my money back, though l didn't want anything else. I have worked in retail and management for over 40 years. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered my sandwich as a pickup order as I was in a hurry on my lunch break. I chose toasted bread. Half of the bread was burnt, rock hard, and inedible. I also chose "less sweet onion teriyaki sauce." There has never been a sandwich served with this much sauce on it in the history of sandwiches. It was disgusting. I used so many napkins soaking up sweet onion sauce trying to make this sandwich palatable. There was so much sauce on it I thought the only way anyone would ever put this much sauce on a sandwich is if the top fell off the bottle while they were pouring. I couldn't taste anything but the sauce. Even after trying to soak it up there was just still SO MUCH sauce. I can't believe anyone can feel good about themselves serving food like that. I am very disappointed, I paid for the most disgusting, drenched and burnt sandwich. I was not even able to eat hardly any of it. My lunch break is over and I am still hungry. Won't make the mistake of going here again......Terrible...

Being unhappy in your life or with yourself should not trickle over into a job that you applied for and accepted. Do some self-examination!!!!!!! The cashier tried to make up for my experience and apologized, but needless to say, I WILL NOT BE OBLIGING THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!!!! In my OPINION the GM for this location needs to get in this location and do some evaluating of their employees. People are very unhappy with services received here, and that speaks volumes.
