dec 20th I picked up my jeep from Macs auto in Costa Mesa I needed electronic work from water damages I was recommended FORCE electronics, drove straight over dropped my car off with Adolfo requested $2000 on the spot in order to order the parts. would not give me an sort of document of the repairs needed or parts needed to be ordered. he told me he would get it all done within the week or less. It only needed two small repairs. he never gave me a run down of the repairs when I asked and wouldn't print me out a recipe of what he was going to order for the car repairs. he just rambled and said he would call me within the week to let me know updated on that & when it would be done. 4 days later (Christmas Eve) dec 24th around 12 pm noon my brother gets an AirTag alert that the car was 15-20 minutes away from the shop I dropped it at and that it was at south coast plaza parked outside of Nordstroms. we drove down there to see what was going on. My jeep was parked in a 15 min parking spot with shopping bags all inside chip crumbs everywhere and soda cans. I immediately called aldolfo & questioned him and told them whoever having a nice joyride and shopping spree I need them to bring me back my keys now. He hung up on me immediately I'm assuming to alert whoever was enjoying their shopping day with my car. He called back 15 minutes later to tell me to calm down, go home not to worry things got fixed that they were just test driving it. LIES I trusted them to fix my car and instead it was being joy rideded to the mall the day before christmas it was trashed nothing was fixed and my gas tank was completely empty when it had a full tank & put miles on it. also the repairs were electrical.. it was the seat recliner & back truck that wouldn't open electronically due to water damage so the car wouldn't need to be "test driven" 35 minutes later some random man walks out with my car keys & a ton more shopping bags. He tried to skirt off I stopped him and demanded my keys back he was arguing we me and trying to gaslight me. I finally was able to get my keys back he took all his Dior shopping bag and ran off in embarrassment. I checked the car nothing was fixed it was trashed and out of gas so he had lied to me that they were test driving it it was clear as day, also you don't need to test drive the car for the two small Electrical seat/ a trunk repair it was the recliner that was supposed to be repaired so test joy riding the car to go shopping for the holidays didn't add up. I called Adolfo back and explain how this is very unethical should have never happened and requested all my money back. he told me Friday dec 27th -2024 to come to the shop it would be no problem that he would return the $2000 we gave him for parts & repair. we went down there (I have every interaction recorded) wasted our time and gas once again with this fraud he had every excuse in the books. After telling me to my face he had all the money to only run away and come back 5 minutes later with only 500. He handed me $500 & a $1500 check & told me he only had $60 in the account not to cash it but to hold onto it. we demanded the cash back he told us & the police I had Called to trail me. come back again on Monday dec-30th-2024 and claims once again he will have the $1500 cash. the cops told me he was a huge fraud he does this to so many people and that it was his multiple time going and dealing with aldolfo in the past couple months. he runs a scheme & is a scam and a fraud. We are tired of being lied to and taken advantage of wasting out time & money. This is very unethical. He eventually gave all the money back weeks later after running around in circles and fighting tooth & nail. He took absolutely NO accountability this whole process & kept reiterating BS lies as he stood there with his fake Fucci belt and a suit on. He is incredibly disrespectful & unethical. Huge waste of time money & miles. I had to refill the tank on my dime & get the car detailed on top of nothing fixed & everything . He needs to be SHUT DOWN its happen to...

I dropped off one of our dealership vehicles at this shop on September 12, 2024, under the ownership of Adolfo Acosta.

After nearly a month of repeated follow-ups regarding the delay in repairing my car, the owner of Force Electronics contacted me on October 20, 2024, to inform me that my vehicle had been involved in an accident at 6:05 AM that morning. (Why would you drive our vehicle at 6 AM without our permission?) He stated that the car was impounded at CS California Towing, located at 2202 W 5th St, Santa Ana, CA 92703. The vehicle was released to me on the same day.

Following this incident, Force Electronics instructed me to return the car to their shop, assuring me they would either repair it within one week or purchase the vehicle from me (I have witnesses to corroborate this). Despite these assurances, nearly two months have passed, and the car has not been repaired. Moreover, the owner has neither purchased the car as promised nor allowed me to retrieve it from his shop.

This is a stereo shop and more for cars ,home theater A little of everything his prices are the best in all of orange county.i know because I did my homework on this and I couldn't believe the prices these shops were talking about .my God just to install one thing it was 180 for labor and not to mention the item cost.iv become a good customer here iv done all the work my cars need here and I have four cars in my home .so iv gotten to get to know the owner really a nice guy .I asked him why were his prices so much lower then the other guys .he tells me that in these times and days people don't have money like that to just spend it's hard out there right now and he is not trying to get rich off other people miss four Chen so he has a lot of guys who work for him .he tells me he stays real busy because his higher power send all the people who don't have a lot toe and I help the sometimes he won't even charger them so I see word of mouth travels fast because he is in santa ana and he has customer from all over he hired guys the really need a job and that know there stuff great guy and a great place he will go out of his way to help anyone...
