Husky Boy Restaurant — Restaurant in Santa Ana

I had a horrible experience at husky boy! We went to eat there and made the mistake of asking for extra ketchup....the owner yelled about the Corona virus and said we couldn't have all the ketchup in the world. It was horrible this is not how you treat your customers especially after we offered to pay for the ketchup. The restaurant is small and runs on good feedback so their behavior was outrageous. On top of all the its not hygenically clean place. We couldn't even enjoy our meal and my husband got sick after his half eaten burger. Eat there at your own risk but remember not to ask for extra ketchup!!!! ¡Tuve una experiencia horrible con Husky Boy! Fuimos a comer allí y cometimos el error de pedir ketchup extra ... el dueño gritó sobre el virus Corona y dijo que no podíamos tener todo el ketchup en el mundo. Fue horrible, no es así como tratas a tus clientes, especialmente después de que ofrecimos pagar el ketchup. I would advise against dining at this establishment. I recently visited with my family and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Several arcade machines, which my children eagerly tried to use, were out of order. Despite a sign stating "no refunds," there were no indications that these machines were non-functional.

I approached the business owner, not to request a refund, but to suggest placing "out of order" signs on the broken machines to avoid further inconvenience to patrons. Regrettably, he was dismissive and unresponsive, insisting that it was not his concern and that "it's all business." While I understand the business aspect, this approach reflects poor customer service.

Additionally, the food did not meet our expectations. The enchiladas lacked flavor, although my children did enjoy their burgers without issue. Overall, the combination of non-functional arcade machines and subpar food made our visit less than...

I am not going to lie the food is good but u cant have it ur way if u like grilled onion apparently if they r busy or just being lazy they wont do it for u so u cant have it like that or if u like ur bun toasted they wont do it if they r busy price wise its expensive i bought and order of onion rings and when they brought me the orser i asked for ranch and they said its .70 cents more .. r u serious wow .. go to mcdonald or burger king or any other place u know for a fact that it would of came with at least one free sauce but none thats just wrong and also if u have kids and lets say u take something else for them and u want food for ur self from them they will litery tell u to take it to go cause u r not alowed to eat food from another location there even thou u just order from them soo pretty much u have to...
