Pizza Loca — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Called to place an order, the person who took it was not paying attention and asked me to repeat the order. When asked if the pizza can be divided into three ways, she said yes. So the pizza comes and it is not divided into three ways. When we called in to complain, the manager said dividing it 3 ways is not available even though I was told it was and she was trying to blame me for the order being wrong even though the person who took our order gave me false information and didn’t seem to be paying attention when I made the order. After growing up eating this in my childhood and finding their quality declining over the years, my family has not eaten their pizza for about 10 years. I recently met someone who worked here who talked well of their quality ingredients, so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it was not too great.
