Thoughtless, heartless maintenance staff. It boggles the mind how any of these people are employed.
The public lobby is vacant and scary at any time of day.
Recently the station was under repair, which diverted buses. No one who works at the facility thought it important to put up clear signage. I found out later that they would put up and take down the signs daily - but no one communicated that to the bus drivers.
The building has 5 floors, and anyone who works there including government officials avoid citizens/the public.
They frequently lock the one (of 2) restrooms open to the public. The restrooms on all other floors remain locked.
