Worst customer service EVER!!! I called at 10:50pm to verify the shop was open until 11. The guy answered and said “yeah we’re open til 11pm”. So when I pulled up at 10:55pm and the door was locked I was a bit confused. The guy screamed “We’re CLOSED!!!!” when he saw me pull on the door. I said “I JUST CALLED YOU!!!!” To which he rudely shrugged and waived me away like I was a nuisance. If the piles of homeless asleep by the door weren’t reason enough to go elsewhere, that exchange certainly was. Horrible staff, limited selection, inflated prices, and the place looked like a dump even before it doubled as a homeless encampment. Countless better options...

This place is my go to place for my vape needs and glass piece addiction!!! The owner is hands down one of the best business owner's I know. he cares about his customers and makes sure they leave happy. Him as well as the rest of the staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they sell, and they have the best selection of glass pieces in all of OC and wide variety of vape juices and all your vape needs and everything is at a great price!!! I highly recommend this smoke shop I guarantee you'll leave...

Great experience! This smoke shop is amazing, Don't be fooled by the area. Its extremely clean, fantastic selection and great prices. The staff is very friendly and the owner hooks it up. Went in for a vape and ended up stocking up on vape juices and got the most amazing piece as well. Definitely making this my go to spot. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Check it out!
