Purchaed a TV stand for $850. Once I opened the box to assemble I noticed a crack in the wood on the front panel of the stand. It was on a preassembled portion. I immediately reported it to Matt at Tempo Collection on January 2nd. He then responded on January 2nd that he needed me to send them photos and he would work out an exchange with Ashley Furniture. Today, March 5th, I finally received an email from Tempo (after calling and texting them 5 times) offering me a $75 refund. I explained that I Purchaed a new item and wanted it exchanged for another new product without a crack. He said my only option was to accept a $75 refund. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! I am speaking with Ashley Furniture now and they explained that it is 100% up to the retail store to exchange or replace an item. So Tempo waited 2 months to provide me a lie. BEWARE that if you purchase from Tempo collection and something is damaged that you will be stuck with the damaged product and they will push you off and delay you. Unfortunately, for them, I won't settle for this. Small claims court is my next stop. Pictures included. Crack may look minor but it's all the way through the wood and when you apply pressure to the top of the cabinet the crack opens up. Email pic shows their response to me after 2 months. The end of the month came around, March, and I forgot about the sofa. I called and was told, "you will receive it at the end of the month, again." I said okay, no big deal I'll waited one more month. I call the beginning of May asking what was going on with my purchased?? Sean said your purchased has been backorder since you purchased it. I explain to him we were always being told we will receive it at the end of the month. Keep in mind I forgot to call in April. Sean said you'll receive your sofa May 14th. I said okay, I've waited this long. May 15th came around didn't receive a call nor notification about my itime. I call May19, 2019 and spoke to Sean again. I asked him about my purchased he said, " your order is backordered we don't know when you'll receive your itime. I said reimburse my money back. Read moreHonestly, I had a couch nightmare before seeing one of these posts on OfferUp. I’m so thankful to find this place. Tim was helpful letting me know some things they do have in stock. We drove down to Santa Fe Springs and was happy to try a few different versions of couches. I went in with a very specific list of models I was interested in. Matt, at the first location was very familiar with their inventory at both locations. He suggested we go see Aaron at the Santa Ana location because they had more inventory on hand and on display. The longer drive was easy in comparison to the couch hunt I had already been on. We drive down and Aaron was present to help us. He knew the inventory very well and they had a couch I wanted on hand! I was elated. I paid via PayPal Credit online and as soon as it processed Aaron helped us get the couch in our truck. The couch I had on order from another company was supposed to be delivered this week, I had tossed my old couch in preparation, and then the other company told me the delivery had been pushed 5 months back.
