05/2025 update Apartment complex have a security at night patrolling finally however they didn’t do anything when my car got broken into when I moved in few years ago. Visitor parking is also hard to obtain. They give out 30 mins before they open the office. There must be a better way in providing permits with over 500 families living in this complex. Street parking is also hard because residents are double parking. I hope they would have a better system for this who rarely ask for parking permits.

Leasing staff has been very helpful and nice. They’re efficient, professional and pleasant to work with. I was calling everyday to check if theres any availability and Lizabeth always encourages me to call until there’s one. Shes not quick to judge and ensure to provide comfort and build trust with new applicants. She gave me the list of requirements so I can prepare while waiting for vacancy. Leslie took one of my daily calls and had taken my information then eventually called me same day. She’s dedicated in getting me started with the contracts and have been in communication with every progress of my application. she even ran my credit same day and called me the next day! Leslie was transparent with every transaction we do and assisted my calls. Once I became a tenant, I reported few repairs and Leslie immediately placed a maintenance request. Maintenance was behind schedule but it’s understandable given how much units they have. As soon as the maintenance came, Luis repaired everything that I requested. The security here is horrible. Got my car broken into 3 times already in the last year. Vehicles keep getting stolen and one ended up on bricks a few days ago... Tonight after just getting home I saw a person searching a car with a flashlight and was acting sketchy. He turned off the lights and ducked when I took a glance at him... obviously not the owner of the car I'd assume. Called security and was ask to leave a message. Not a safe place to live. Two days ago I saw a girl get strolled away by the ambulance because she was crying and screaming out of panic, drugs seems to be the norm here. Management let this place go, it use to be nice now it's just neglected and constantly having plumbing issues. 5 years and I can't live with this anymore, not worth the rent increase being placed...

horrible place to live late years waiting for a 2 bedroom apartment and they never called me until I realized that even the one that cleaned the washing machines had a duplex they don't respect the supposed waiting list they have are very unprofessional while it takes months to fix something at your house, the maintenance officer changes the carpet at 8 p.m. very strange that the manager is a despotic and unpleasant person you have to make an appointment to talk with her only care about taking care of the property of their bosses does not matter in The absolute safety of their tenants if they steal a car your tires break a glass or they steal you in your apartment just fill a paper and since I am archived I would not recommend this place to live its rules are absurd and its demands...
