Today 11/25/2023 my husband took an all 18k gold necklace and pendant for cleaning. “TINA” checked and weight it before service and confirmed all 18k gold. When returning the necklace the Lady didnt wanna give him a receipt of service which was really strange. He noticed right away The Clasp Had Been Changed! So he walked across the street to another Jewelry store for them to verify and clearly Had been changed to a STERLING Silver Clasp! Returned back to store and Spoke To Owner And her son Victor and got offensive with me knowing clearly what they did. They refused to admit and return what they STOLE. They just said to take them to court and that’s what I’m gonna do. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS UNPROFESSIONAL business. This place is a total rip off. I bought a wedding ring here and upgraded the diamond to a 1.5 carat, vs1, color L diamond for $7,500. When I picked up the ring a week before the wedding I read the GIA paperwork it said the color was N. when I question them they said they made a mistake when quoting me. N is an industrial grade quality substantially lowering the price of the ring. But kept the price the same substantially increasing their profit.

They never called me and said nothing till I questioned the GIA paperwork.

I had to take the ring to avoid breaking my fiance's heart and not having a ring for our wedding. I pray she never finds out.
