At the suggestion of a friend, I called Mimi on a Wednesday desperate for a place to host my husband's surprise 40th birthday party. Everything was planned for an outdoor picnic in a park but the weather was not going to cooperate. I was frantic but Mimi calmed me down and told me she'd absolutely love to host the party at her restaurant.

On Friday morning, I met with Mimi and went over our order. She perfectly estimated our food needs for guests. In addition, I was able to order 3 specialty pizzas for guests with specific dietary needs. She had options available to accommodate everyone.

I was supposed to set up before the party but due to the change of plans, it wasn't possible. Mimi told me not to worry and that she and her team would set up for me. I brought the decorations with me on Friday morning and told her what I had in mind. She and her team set up the night before the party and executed it above and beyond my expectations.

When my husband walked in, Mimi had borrowed one of my friend's phones and was filming the surprise for us. Soon after the greeting, the food came flowing out. She had appetizers of tasty tots and wings ready to go for our hungry guests. Then the pizzas started to arrive. She had a steady stream of hot and fresh pizzas from the ovens every 5-10 minutes. Guests who arrived later were welcomed with nice hot pizza. Everyone absolutely raved about the awesome food and great selection of beer on tap.

The crust of the pizza is insanely simple yet tasty. And you can tell the ingredients are fresh and come from great suppliers. The customization is awesome but the pre-set pizzas are fantastic as well.

We had so much fun at the Pizza Press and were seriously impressed by the hospitality and professionalism of Mimi and her team. We will absolutely be back for more pizza and celebrations...

Listen, I absolutely love this place. The ranch is on point which is a huge deciding factor on where I get my pizza from. Secondly, I love the options of toppings to choose from abd they're all delicious. However, my one complaint is that EVERY time I order delivery through DoorDash/Uber eats and I ask for basil on my pizza, I NEVER get it. I think the fresh basil option should be moved under the veggies section as I'm sure it gets confused with the basil drizzle where the fresh is currently listed under. Either change that, or make it available for customers to leave comments on their orders. I've ordered from this place A LOT. Always the same pizza, but literally 90% of the time it's missing the basil. I know it may sound petty but it brings so much flavour to the pizza for me. Lastly, the one thing I wish they'd do is leave the pizzas in the oven a little longer. I've gotten quite a few that I had to finish cooking in my own oven at home because there was barely any melt and the dough still.. well doughy. Besides all that, at the end of the day; they do make great pizzas and I will still continue to order...

For the past 2 years or more, my family & I pass through this building to meet with unknown people to you all until it's paid for, Bahahaha.... any who... The Pizza Press has been of great customer service to us... Anytime we do choose to buy a pizza... or some chocolate chip cookies from them... cuz those cookies are delicious yo... lol... they're service and greetings to us as customers is well mannered... we appreciate that... I used to work Domino's Pizza for over a year... I would know about customer service... I have a video on YouTube.com when they allowed us to perform some of my songs live just outside their restaurant... It was a beautiful outdoors set up for us to give the passing people & the visiting people a show of music & artwork entertainment.
