First of all, they have great popcorn. But more importantly, the customer service and friendliness is unlike anything you find in most of Santa Barbara. They have helped me figure out what's wrong with my appliances and usually have the part right there. I've saved a LOT of money being able to repair my own appliances. When I thought that I needed to replace my washing machine, they told me that it was a part that costs less than $20. Took about 45 minutes to replace and it was good as new. He was patient with me getting to my refrigerator to find the model number. Then, when he ordered the part, I told him it would be hard to pick up because I can’t drive. Once he found out that I live several blocks from his house, he said he would drop off the part once it comes in. Pretty wonderful. This is in contrast with calling Sears over the last two weeks due to them sending the wrong part. I’d rather give Midway my business instead. Very different...
