Hana Bottle Shop — Local services in Santa Clara

I go there all the time to make money orders and went there to cash my check and the guy took a picture of my check AND my ID and then told me no. I even showed him my birth certificate. Why ask for all that and take pictures and say no. What are you guys trying to do with my information? If you are not going to cash my check then you should not have taken a picture of it and my ID that’s weird. I even had all my old paycheck stubs on me because I’m on my way to an appointment for a house so I had everything with me and my family has even been going there for years but not anymore...

Poor customer service. When I asked the guy who said he was the owner to finish my Western Union transaction before helping someone who walked up in the middle of him servicing me, he told me no cuz they don’t like people to wait. I told him I thought that was rude cuz I had to wait and that one customer could wait as well. He then refused to service me and told me the service was down when he literally just helped 2 people with Western Union...
