The bed was hard. It was very uncomfortable making it very hard to sleep in fact, my wife and I didn’t have a restful sleep. We had a very restless sleep because it was so uncomfortable. We also found a cigarette butt in the bed between the top sheet and the bottom sheet. This concerns me very much to make me think that the room service people didn’t change the sheets. The towels are terribly thin. They are not thick enough to adequately dry yourself after a shower or your hands after you wash them. The pillows were horribly flat and did not support the head whatsoever. We tried doubling the size of the pillows by bending it in half. Even trying to double the size of the pillow didn’t make that much difference. I got up the next morning with my back hurting. My head needs proper support so my back will not hurt. Either get thicker pillows or add two more to the two that are already there. Maybe that will help to better support the head. The water coming out from the wash sink faucet came out as a low pressure thin spray of water. It was not forceful at all. This caused more time to wash the soap off my hands. Overall, we spent a very terrible night in the guest room at your motel. I will not recommend your motel to anyone. We did not get the value for the $104.62 we paid for the one night. The cleanliness of the room (cigarette in bed) could be better. The wash basin faucet should be changed out to a more forceful...
Read moreThe ONLY reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because the OFFICE & CLEANING STAFF were AMAZING and SO SWEET & NICE! The place was clean, but here is why the 3 stars are missing : the floor panels in the bathroom we stayed in were pulling apart & you could see the bare ground, the ceilings were stained, the tun we didn't bathe in because it was cracked and rusted in places, the flooring was lifting, there was a weird mark on the wall over the bed, the bed itself was horrible, the top half was supported by wood, but the bottom half was held up by two posts but they were a good 2 inches lower than the top, the blankets were super thin, the walls were thinner than the blankets & lastly, there were weird stains on the ceiling. Things that I didn't use in my star rating, but still should be noted for future vistors: The parking lot is unpaved and full of potholes. Do not leave things in your vehicle, several vehicles were broken into or damaged the night we stayed. For a non-smoking hotel, it smelled like someone was smoking unfiltered cigarettes constantly. NOTE FOR MANAGEMENT: Nothing I said here should be misconstrued as I am saying something is wrong with any staff. Your staff, from the office to the cleaning people are amazing. This facility is falling apart though. Really. Put some cash into it. For the...
Read moreManager was rude and extremely unkind. My husband was sunburned from working outside and I have back injury and was limping badly so we parked in the shade close to the office instead of the designated spot to keep him out of the sun and reduce the walk for me. The manager would not let us check in until we move the car which entailed my walking back out to tell him he had to move the car into the sun and then walking to the office again. My husband was not staying overnight as he had a plane to catch but, again, the manager refused to register us if we didn’t provide his ID (we’ve never been asked to provide both our IDs at any other Motel 6 even when both staying). So I had to again walk out to the car and back, again, even tho she could see I was in pain and it was now further away.
And btw, we had actually stayed there the night before and had checked in without any issues (different clerk did not ask for my husbands ID the night before when he was staying). I’d only needed to extend my stay for one night so I called the front desk to do so but was told - by the same female manager - that they could not extend my reservation and was transferred to the reservations # to make a new reservation which is why I had to go into the office to re-register even tho they had ALL my info from the...
