Shiv Durga Temple of Bay Area — Attraction in Santa Clara

We contact this temple for my daughter’s Aayush homam pooja on8th dec 2018. I emailed them not less than 5-6 times some how I got confirmation for pooja.when we reached there on 8 th December surprisingly head priest was not there and no one knows about our booking.we tried to contact head priest and he made excuse that his car has broke down. Other Pandit did puja in very short way without any interest. This was not for the first time,Head priest did this excuse with 2 of my friends. This temple is different from others. The temple has many deities and occasions, very welcoming to few and very impolite towards others. Few of the members' behavior had been very rude towards devotees. More than temple it looks like a some group. They will ask for free volunteering, and then demand sponsorships and greedy for money. They demand from devotees who are already struggling on h1b, student visa and all, hardly have money to send to their family as the cost of living is so high in Santa Clara. I go almost everyday for Yoga classes in the temple. On last Saturday, my gold chain got snapped and fell somewhere. I searched everywhere and informed the Pundit. He intially was not so hopeful but then I left the temple with lost hope. I was seriously hoping that I will get this back somehow and I don't know how. Then I visited again on Monday evening and checked with the Priest. He told me, "Yes, I found your chain and I kept it safe" and gave me the chain.
