I am from a small town in Texas visiting, I came through on a Saturday and had a great experience with my grandkids. The employees were extremely welcoming and accommodating. I wasn't sure what to expect with the oldest of my grandkids being special needs. It was extremely busy and I did notice they were slightly understaffed but did great despite the hectic nature of the place. My grand kids loved the corn pit, staff let me know it was genetically modified to deter rodents when i showed concern about a pumpkin seed I saw. Overall great experience. Yes entry is a bit pricey but that's not something staff can control. I commend them on their patients especially seeing how busy it was and how quick they got people through. Read moreI came here today at 7pm . They close at 8 which we still had plenty of time. We had to parked all the way in the back and walk far to the entrance. As soon as we arrived at the entrance a worker stopped us and said they stopped selling tickets because it was full capacity. Mind you there was a lot of people leaving at that moment and I didn’t understand why they didn’t sent an employee by the parking entrance to informed the people that was arriving. I had to take my stroller down the car just to be told it was closed when it closes at “8” ? My kids were so excited and left all sad....
Read moreMy child had fun here! Many bounce houses with various slides. They had the inflatable balls and paintball too!
Only issue was the traffic up the slides: babies and toddlers were taking longgg to climb bounce house slide steps that were not age-appropriate, sometimes with adults (who are supposedly not allowed on.) There were 4 dedicated bounce houses for this age group, which were not really being used. There was no staff monitoring...if so, I didn't see any of them address this the entire time.
