NVIDIA — Local services in Santa Clara

Always a huge supporter of Nvidia.

Recently I needed help with one of their products. Here's where Nvidia showed it's true colours. I was treated poorly. Not given any direction, feedback or help. Customer service stopped replying after 2 initial chats (even though I have a case open with them). You cannot talk to anyone physically, only online. I have tried to escalate my concerns. Have not had ANY success. I've repeatedly asked for someone to reach out. Zero follow-up from Nvidia.

I am still willing to discuss this further. Do the right thing and contact me: Jensen Huang, Chris A. Malachowsky, Colette Kress, Jay Puri, Debora Shoquist, Tim Teter, are any of you listening, or even care???

I've reached out to every single name above. Sadly no luck.

If Nvidia Customer Support did their job, and actually tried to help customers, I wouldn't name or ask The Executive Board (above) for help.

My faith in Nvidia...

The Nvidia Shield 1st generation is an excellent streaming box. I've had it for 2 years now, and I can't say enough good things about it. Use it with SPMC instead of Kodi so you can speak into the (optional) remote and and find your shows. As well, the first gen remote has a headphone jack which is very handy when others are sleeping in nearby bedrooms. The first gen Shield also has a slot for a micro-SD card. We use a super fast 64GB PRO Class 10 Micro SDXC Card with it and the box streams 1080p movies - stutter and lag free. Get yourself unlimited internet, a IPTV subscription, Real-Debrid account, game emulator, and download all the Android apps you want. We cut the cord on cable years ago, and with this box we see everything on TV, HBO, NetFlix,...

Great food, lots of parking. The bike boxes are a nice touch, but I do feel like they should be a little more numerous, I think bicycle parking should at least be easy to find as car parking spaces. And don't even get me started on those labs where they work on * ** ** ***** or *** ** ** ** *** ** * ** ** *. Just make sure you don't wander into * * ** **** * * * * ** if you're a visitor (unless you * ** * * **)!

Also can we just take a minute to talk about that landscaping? It should be a crime to have such beautifully manicured lawns when those poor almond farmers have to spend millions lobbying the government for preferential...
