My daughter loves going here, but the service is almost ruining the experience for us.
Regardless of your reservation, expect to wait up to an hour to sit down.
Itâs messy, and tight, the projector that aims at the board for a guideline is constantly moved and the team takes a long time to fix it.
You donât get guidance on what type of image to choose, i see a lot of new people struggling because of the complexity of there characters. Non of the crew warns them.
The overall service of anyone is horrible. They respond with an attitude or simply donât care. They show zero empathy towards anyone.
We were charged incorrectly and they didnât care to give us a refund, and only stated that they would adjust the price on our next visit. That is if they remember.
If it wasnât for my daughter constantly wanting to get better at this, I personally wouldnât go ever.
The owner and management team need to step it up, I see a lot of frustrated people. We love the idea. Itâs the experience there that is...
Read moreMy friend and I had an appt at 10am on Sat 11/1. It was 10:05am and we were waiting at the door for the worker to open but she was too busy texting on her phone to see us. My friend had to knock at the glass window for her to let us in. When we came in, she had a really bad attitude. She didnât explain the instructions well or offer any help or guidance. My friend would have questions for her and it just seems like she was annoyed by us for even asking. She was just sitting on her phone the entire time and we were the only 2 costumers so it wasnât like she was busy doing something else. My friend asked her if she can recommend tips or tricks of a technique to help with tufting and she responded, idk what you mean, people just do it. Was very rude and off putting. Luckily another guy came in later in the afternoon and he was much more kind and helpful than her so thatâs why I gave it 3 stars. It was a fun experience but I will choose a different tufting place that is more kind and...
Read moreWe came in with a few friends to decorate hair brushes with the fluffy paint and it ok. In the beginning the employees gave us directions on what to do. There were many things out of stock. When we got paint it was either too hard to squeeze or soft and melted off the brush. It took a while to paint the paint on but when we did it would just peel off. The charms always feel off. Once we were done we came to the desk and they took our brush and blow dried it. They did it one by one with a blow drier for a few mins. They then put it in a bag. But when we got to the car, one of my friends noticed the bristles on her brush TOTALLY melted off and she couldnât use the brush at all! Also a lot of the charms had fallen off and the paint was too dry to reattach them. Overall terrible experience and I would not really recommend the paint...
