But, when you encounter someone who makes your experience special, I feel it is essential to share the good things that happen and share about the people who Make a Difference. That beautiful person is Luz Sanchez! My experience with Luz started with a phone call to ask if they had the plant I was looking for in stock. Her kindness, and going above and beyond to not only make sure they had it but told me every color they had, and you could feel just from the tone in her voice her joy doing her job! Now, that is rare! When I got to the store, I had to meet her, and she is a delightful woman who emanates joy and happiness even during these stressful times! Love going to Green Thumb for many reasons. Most importantly, is the knowledge and customer service from everyone. Every person there either knows the answers to my questions or will find out. All of the people working there are friendly and happy to see you. As well, their plant selections, quantities, and prices are great, with the knowledge to back up all preferable zones for growing them successfully. Every time I go, I’m there for at least an hour, choosing what grows best in my area, thanks to their help. It’s always a fun trip, unlike most shopping experiences I have to do. I went to the green thumb to ask about fertilizer for my grass. I was just expecting someone to just recommend a couple products and thats it. But that was not the case. Steven took his time to get to know my grass by asking questions and asking to show him pictures. He recommended a couple fertilizers specific for my grass, he told me what we could do in October to regrow some of my dead grass, and showed me what sprinklers I could use to get a rebate. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated him taking the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. I will definitely be returning to the Green Thumb and recommend...
