Love is Life - Adult Boutique Lingerie/Sex Store — Local services in Santa Clarita

Unfortunately no longer a customer. I have been a regular customer for years usually picking something cute for date night up monthly. I understand all sales are final however, the last item I picked up was so fragile it tore when she was trying to put it on for first time. I returned to the store, explained what had occurred, and requested store credit, but was denied. Overalll nice store. Items are a little over priced but I always returned because of the previous good customer service and we like to support local businesses.

Update. You did reach out and offered a gift card to rectify the situation which was appreciated. I stopped by the store on 0824 to collect the gift card you offered in the email. I showed Cindy your email and she advised me she was unable to help me. She tried to call you but you did not answer when I was in the store. I emailed you back and on the 24th but have not received a reply to my email at this time.

I have never had an issue it might be a situation where Cindy just might need some additional training. Appreciate you taking to the time to attempt to correct the situation.

What a great store, they really care about my needs and always go above and beyond helping me find whatever I’m looking for. Jennifer is such a sweetheart and loves helping people. She highly recommended the Womanizer Premium along with some other amazing couples toys and they did not disappoint. She is so knowledgeable and caring as is the rest of her team. The store is so well stocked and they have good prices. I am so happy Santa Clarita finally has an adult store that is classy, clean and so welcoming. I can’t thank them enough for making shopping for such personal items such a comfortable experience....

This is my favorite boutique in all of California. The staff and owner are so helpful, they have every item one can think of. The staff is so knowledgeable on the products, and willing to help with your needs. I always learn something new everytime I go there. The store is such a comfortable environment for everyone.
