Bedder Mattress — Hotel in Santa Clarita

I had the most amazing experience at Bedder Mattress in Santa Clarita with the kindest and most knowledgable saleswoman, named Alejandra. I recently lost my home to the fires in Eaton Canyon and prior to coming here Living Spaces had given me a discounted mattress as a "fire victim." That mattress had a terrible smell and ended up causing hives to breakout all over my body for two weeks before I tried to return it. They wouldn't let me return it despite having photos well documented of my body. Now I needed to buy another bed (after losing everything in the fire in really sufffering financially). When I came into the store, Alejandra was so kind and empathetic to my situation. She showed me many options including two hypo allergenci green mattresses that would protect my sensitive skin. She also gave my 3 yr old two stuffy lambs and was patient and helpful with her. She did NOT try to sell me the most expensive mattress and, in fact, really wanted me to get something that would be good but affordable. In the end I picked the best green hypoallergic one they had that is also incredibly plush and comfy. In addition the free delievery and a discount on my mattress, she also threw in free pillows, a towel, and a mattress protector. She spoke to me of strength and resilience in this moment of my life and really gave us, not only an amazing new bed, but her whole heart. It was a healing experience and now I'll have the best bed for many years to come. (Also, the prices in general without the disount she gave me, where much cheaper than living spaces for amazing beds and so many options.) I give this store and Alejandra my HIGHEST...

You can pretty much get the same price of mattress anywhere... I'm pretty sure the manufactures set the price. Bedder Mattress was able to sweeten the deal by throwing in the box spring and pillows into the price of the bed and waiving sales tax (is that even legal?).

Since my wife deserves it, I let her upgrade her pillow to the cooling foam technology type - no big deal. The pillow retails for $130 - yikes! When we received it, the pillow was too flat for her liking. Unbeknownst to us, pillows are non-refundable, non-exchangeable once you get it to your house. The manufacture wouldn't work with us (even suggesting we try and sell it on eBay). Bedder Mattress confirmed with us that the manufacturer will not accept returns or exchanges, leaving us up a creek. What am I going to do with a $130 pillow that my wife can't use?

That's when Henry came in and took care of us. And this is the reason I am able to give them 5 stars. Henry ate the cost and allowed my wife to get the pillow that will be comfortable for her.

Saul was absolutely phenomenal in helping me select a new bed, he gave exactly the information I was looking for without being overbearing. I loved each mattress that he had me try based off the questions he asked, and then from there he helped me choose based on materials, flippability, and budget. I did some research on mattresses for a couple days before I went, and that research was all confirmed by Saul, he really knows what he’s talking about and his recommendations saved me hours of wandering around the store. The few mattresses I tried without his recommendation, I hated, and it was funny bc he knew exactly why I wouldn’t like it, and he was actually right on the reasons! I also loved that he knew to give me time and privacy when I was making final decisions.

Delivery guys called when they were 5 min away and were efficient upon arrival!

The new bed is incredible, been sleeping on it for 10 days now, I’ve had the best sleep of my life, and no longer wake up sweating or with back pain from an unsupported spine.
