I hate to say this but the service was so perfect, but only because they were having a visit. It was so obvious. There were snotty looking corporate people talking to employees all over the store but I will say the store was ON POINT! The produce section was insanely perfect. I didn't even want to touch anything was so perfect. There wasn't a single out of stock on my list. They get a solid five stars. Opportunities are the general layout. Things seem to be spread out in a weird way. The yogurt for example is across from the beer? They have salami in 3 sections but all three are different assortments. I went to vons to get my sister flowers, the cashier who helped was extremely rude, she threw the dividers that are used between each customers items, she glared at me when I handed her cash when she gave me my change I didnt count it right there and instead counted it at home. I was $3.22 short. I always go to this vons and never had an issue before. Dont know if she was having a bad day or what but she shouldn't be rude...
