I say as I remove lid & push forward cup “ there’s no whip and no drizzle” it says no foam right on it. Jeeez. Get some readers in here. She says I’ll remake it. What! No. Just add the whip and drizzle. This is actually very depressing, These Drive-thru’s are terrible, even at 05:45 they are all talking on their headsets & laughing. Wait Shar just came out from the back now and said “ I feel so aggressive this morning “ and at the same time was trying to load cups into cup station and missed & they fell in the dirty floor and they all laughed. Ha ha ha. Your all fired! Ha ha ha. I’m watching customers waiting for their mobile orders & saying it’s not right, it’s supposed to have yada yada yada. It’s hilarious. No wonder Hot chocolates $3.65 they have to make them over & over because they aren’t paying attention so we have to pay for all their mistakes. Now I’m listening & one of them is reading off things from their bakery items, what about this? No we don’t have any. What about this? No. What about these egg bites. “ oh I forgot to put those out. Read moreI came into this Starbucks to get 2 drinks, I explained to the cashier when I paid and left a 2 dollar tip, 'wish I didn't now'. I am hearing impaired. Maybe she didn't take me seriously? The barista made my drink iced almond white chocolate mocha, now waiting on a grande strawberry acai with green tea and lemonade. When the barista set down my drink I was confused, it was in a hot cup, so I said oh I got a iced one she said rudely we are out of iced cups. I said oh ok I also stated I was waiting for a second drink ,she said it would be a few more minutes. I said ok, 10 mins go by no drink, so I asked again she said that drink comes from another area, she went over and asked the other barista, well it was just sitting on the counter it came out before my iced coffee. The cashier and coffee barista were rude and started talking which came off extremely rude & not welcoming at all. I would give 0 for service. I am deaf. Like the cashier could have made more of an effort to let the barista know, and I wouldn't be standing there an extra 15mins. Also the coffee barista wouldn't have gotten frustrated with me. Awful. Read moreWent inside to this Starbucks because the sign outside was advertising for $5 Friday Love. Not to mention the store also had a big sign when you enter that says the same thing. But I was told it was for the store only. I told the lady there’s a SB sign when you enter that says it too. For being SB I really think they should’ve honored it since the sign is there misleading customers. This is the second time that SB has done that they should really get there s**t together considering they’re 2 major food chains. I really don’t recommend this place I’ve had problems with the Vons cashiers here before too. I only stopped because it’s closer to my house but most of the time I stop at the one on Bouquet.
