This place is great if you’re looking for something cheap that won’t last more than 3-5yrs… I came to this store about 4.5 yrs ago to buy an engagement ring. One of the tiny diamonds literally fell out of the ring AND the center stone came back with a significant chip on it after sizing with them. Which I pointed out after they returned it to me. This ended up being replaced with a lower quality stone I later found out (without telling me). We were given nothing as a reimbursement.
