Superior Grocers — Local services in Santa Paula

I’ve been there several times because now and then they have somewhat good deals. The customer service I can tell you is horrible.The ladies that serve the food section, omg where can I start🤦🏽‍♀️ they get irritated and give you dirty looks when you are ordering, the deli section🙄 the ladies are more busy with talking to customers they know from outside the store or talking between each other; the bakery section people who is unwilling to help. In general this store employees are very rude, the guys from the produce department are always saying inappropriate things, the manager is so rude and when you ask her a question she really gets bother because I guess she has better things to do than help customers 🤷🏽‍♀️ and the last but not the very least the cashiers🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ so, those chicks they really act like they are from royalty. Rude, lazy, won’t lift a finger to help you even pack a piece of gum.. very bad service if you ask me! Whose idea was to not help customers to pack their groceries?? Give that...

O my God, so for those of you that follow me or not. A few weeks ago I want to KFC for fried extra crispy chicken. Now hear this I can down to Santa Paula to check out the jalapeños fried chicken WOW delicious guys. It's just right for me , not too spicy, just spicy enough to enjoy the juicy, fried chicken with explosive flavor. Guy is a must have if you ever out in Santa. Remember it's not a restaurant nor a food court. It's like Vons or Ralph's, its to take home. Best find this month..Like always my people God bless and my your food...

The grocery store isn’t as big as Vons however, they make up in quality! Prices are noticeably cheaper compared to their local competitors in Santa Paula. They too unlike local grocery stores bake fresh pastries and my favorite bollieo is baked fresh. There are many local Mexican pastry shops anyways but, I’ve never seen them priced so cheaply elsewhere. Would recommend anyone coming here to stock up on Mexican ingredients as it would be harder to search for what they don’t have over...
