I've known original owner George from the day he moved out here with his son from back east to start up "Steak and Hoagie" which over decades, became a booming success! I have been a regular back in those days. The best Hoagies ever! ... I am so proud of George and his son ( sorry, forgot name ) for becoming a great success! Without George, no one would know what a " Hoagie" is!!! Unless, of course you are from back east! . I have had every single item on the menu. I always go with a cheesesteak bomb.. no onion, no sauce add Mayo. Coke light ice.. light salt on the fries. I mis the ranch and ketchup in a small cup...wow
They always deliver on flavor.. sure it's a bit pricier than the golden arches... but you get what you pay for and you know what to expect. Fresh vegetables and thinly sliced RIBEYE steak.
Hands down the best cheesesteak in california.. and that says alot. Definitely Italy my #1 choice...
